IGE+XAO and TE collect and use only personal data necessary within the scope of their activities and that enable them to offer to the Customer quality personalized products and services. Personal data shall be kept and remained accessible by IGE+XAO and TE’s operational services only as long as necessary to serve the objective being pursued at the time of data collection.
The Customer commits to provide the persons concerned - whose personal data are required and preocessed by IGE+XAO and TE as co-controllers - with information received from IGE+XAO and/or TE about their rights regarding this processing (according to articles 12 to 14 of the GDPR).
Furthermore, the persons concerned may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability, limitation or even objection to the processing of their personal data upon request to our data protection officers:
